Rubber Air Spring Working Conditions
- All surfaces, including the air spring and mounting area, should be free of oil, petroleum, and solvents.
- The hydraulic and pneumatic lines of the air supply system should be leak-proof
- Air pressure must not exceed 7 bar/101 psi
- Ambient temperature should be between -40℃+70℃
- There should be sufficient clearance around the air spring to prevent any contact.
- All bolts should be tightened to specified torque specifications.
- Vehicles should be loaded to factory specifications and the load should be properly secured.
- Air springs should be kept clean. Clean with water and soap.
